The waste water treatment plant shall take
waste water produced on site as a result of the power generation process,
building, and surface drainage and domestic and sewage waste water from the
whole site and shall ensure that the final discharge point meets the
requirements of as set in Indonesian Environmental Regulation for waste water
standard.
The waste water from unit 3 and 4 such
effluent from metal cleaning, from ash run-off pond, coal run-off pond,
demineralization plant, chemical reagent system, etc.
The existing Neutralization Plant will be
used to treat the effluents from ion exchanger in demineralization plant of
unit 1 – 4 and drainage from reagent system. Effluent from cleaning equipment
and system such as boiler, air heater, etc. will be treated by existing Metal
Cleaning WWTP.
The Bidder shall integrate above existing
facilities plant to future (unit 3 and 4) in relation to all interfacing system
with the WWTP.
A new ash and coal run-off water treatment
plant shall be provided with permit safe and adequate retaining, intermediate
storage and treatment of all waste water, run-off and spillage. The treated
waste water will be discharge to Asam
Asam River
via waste water pumping pit and station.
The ash and coal run-off WTP shall have
following characteristic :
-
flow rate : 12 m3/h
-
automatic operation
